This is an hourly paid role under the EBA; applicants must have full working rights in Australia, be able to commute to Derrimut.

If you're someone who takes pride in your work and thrives on getting things done right, we'd love to hear from you.Key Job Functions in Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperate digital and/or Large Format printing machines (e.g., HP Indigo, Kornits, Epson, etc.)Set up and calibrate printers based on job specifications and order requirements and ensure quick changeoversMonitor print quality and perform routine maintenance to avoid downtimeWork closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlinesTroubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessaryMaintain accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usageSupport finishing tasks as needed (e.g., trimming, guillotining, padding, binding, die cutting, folding, laminating, UV coating, packing, Scoring and Perforation)Follow safety and quality assurance protocols at all timesExperience /TrainingFinishing experienceTrouble shooting – capable of performing routine maintenance tasksKnowledge of Lean principalsManufacturing industry experiencePrinting industry experienceKey AttributesSelf-starterFlexibleAdaptableProfessionalStrong work ethicAdditional RequirementsAbility to do shift workPermanent resident or Australian citizenOHS ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all OHS policies and procedures as provided by the organisation and legislationTake reasonable care of themselves and others who may be affected by their actionsReport all hazards, accidents and incidents immediatelyEnsure that personal protective clothing and equipment is worn and used to perform the job safely.
