Key Job Functions in Roles and Responsibilities

  • Operate digital and/or Large Format printing machines (e.g., HP Indigo, Kornits, Epson, etc.)
  • Set up and calibrate printers based on job specifications and order requirements and ensure quick changeovers
  • Monitor print quality and perform routine maintenance to avoid downtime
  • Work closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate major ones when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usage
  • Support finishing tasks as needed (e.g., trimming, guillotining, padding, binding, die cutting, folding, laminating, UV coating, packing, Scoring and Perforation)
  • Follow safety and quality assurance protocols at all times

Experience /Training

  • Finishing experience
  • Trouble shooting – capable of performing routine maintenance tasks
  • Knowledge of Lean principals
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Printing industry experience
