All compliance procedures are to be thoroughly followed while carrying out a variety of both manual and machinery tasks to support the team develop the manufacturing function towards World Class standards.Shift pattern for the production role :Rotational shifts- 5 days on, 2 days off (either Sunday - Thursday) or (Tuesday to Saturday)Start times are 6am, 8am and 10am.Total 46 hours per weekPay Rate : starting from $27.54 p / h plus shift loadingsKey accountabilities of the role include :Operation of dairy / cheese manufacturing equipment such as pasteurizers as per safe operating proceduresManually handling products safely, throughout the process.Effectively move between departments to assistAll online and required documentation completed accurately and timelyEnsure all Food Safety and Quality incidents are accurately reported and recorded within specified time framesExecutes Start up procedure and machine / equipment set ups, operational processes and cleaning processes correctlyEnsure all workplace incidents are accurately reported and recorded within the specified timeframesWhat's in it for you :Full on the job training operating the production machinesQualifications - the opportunity to train and become qualified in manufacturingCareer progression - with the right work ethic, attitude, and values, many of the team have progressed to become Supervisors, Plant Managers etc.Free parking on siteWhat we are looking for :The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate equipment / slicing machinery.Good understanding of Health & SafetyHave great communication skills – both verbal & writtenA reliable, honest and a good team playerYou must be physically fit and healthy and be able to lift up to 25kgsIf this sounds like you, Apply Now
