This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to oversee daily production activities across various high-quality seafood products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all operations are safe, efficient and compliant with food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a safety-first culture: Ensure adherence to workplace safety and security protocols.
- Uphold food quality standards: Oversee compliance with HACCP, SQF and other critical control processes.
- Meet daily operational targets: Monitor productivity, resolve process issues and allocate resources effectively.
- Promote continuous improvement: Identify and escalate opportunities to enhance operations.
- Lead a diverse team: Provide clear direction, coaching and accountability across shifts.
As a key member of our organization, you will be expected to foster a positive workplace culture by leading with respect, professionalism and fairness.
Requirements- Strong commitment to safety and quality.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience supervising teams in a food or manufacturing environment.
