We are looking for a passionate individual to fill the role of Central Support Team Leader.
About the Role
As a Central Support Team Leader, you will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team based remotely, supporting older Australians with their aged care journey.
Your team will conduct Triage, Support Plan Reviews, and make Delegate decisions as per the revised Aged Care Act.
You will receive a comprehensive induction training program to prepare you for success in enabling better lives for older Australians.

Requirements
Leadership experience in aged care, community, or health-related roles.
Tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (e.g., registered nurses, medical officers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers).
Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or equivalent professional body.
Proven leadership skills in managing and developing staff to achieve high performance and foster a positive remote team culture.
Ability to drive continuous improvement within a team.
Understanding of operating in a dynamic commercial environment.
Experience in customer service management.
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and client management systems.
Current Australian driver's license, a comprehensively insured vehicle, and willingness to travel as required.
