Lead Clinical Professional

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and effective resource management
  • Develop and support staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients in regaining independence and transitioning safely back to the community
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a registered nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) accreditation and a relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Have proven ability to lead, support and develop a clinical team within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal and digital skills, with proficiency in clinical systems, rostering, and documentation
  • Have demonstrated experience in implementing change and quality improvement initiatives, with a sound understanding of clinical governance and service development in a rehabilitation setting
