You will deliver quality service creating a supportive and caring environment for our community.
This role will support 2 villages in close proximity - the beautiful Bimbimbie Park (Merimbula) and Sanananda Village (Tura Beach).
This is a permanent position, 30 hours per weekIdeally you will be able to work 4 days a week with an occasional Saturday morning.
Flexibility with weekly hours depending on the candidate's availability This role role may involve travel across NSW.
Aged care experience desirable but not necessary; we are looking for someone with the right attitude and personality
About you:Previous relevant experience in a customer-focused roleExcellent people and communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to interact with residents with respect and empathy.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under minimal supervisionExperience building positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, colleagues and service providersResilience, strong commercial acumen and highly organisedA good understanding of the Retirement Villages Act or willingness to learn.You can confidently manage administrative responsibilities.You possess a proficiency in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn other systems.You are self-starter, capable of working independently, thinking creatively, and demonstrating soft sales and customer service skills.Benefits of working for RSL LifeCare:Not-for-profit tax benefits - salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.
