Our beautiful new St Hedwig Retirement Village in Blacktown consists of 72 spacious apartments with a community centre in the heart of the village dedicated to events for the residents.

We are looking for a Village Manager to work closely with residents and families to continue to offer a warm and welcoming retirement living experience for our residents. This role encompasses operations and facilities management as well as budget management and customer service. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

- Facilitating resident meetings
- Managing repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
- Occupancy and sales including negotiations with prospective residents
- Managing and resolving resident feedback and complaints
- Managing of resident agreements and contracts
- Ensuring compliance with the Retirement Village Act, and other regulations, as required.

A background in hospitality and a passion for customer service is highly desirable as are excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
