The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring its in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Weekend availablility is essential.
Key areas of responsibility include:Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenished condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centres services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours may increase during the centre's peak periodsSkills & Attributes:Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work styleCoffee making/ barista skillsFood handling CertificateCurrent First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
