**Job Title:** Casual Kiosk Attendant

**Job Description:

  • We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as casual kiosk attendants at the Mill Park Leisure Centre. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café
  • Replenish condiments as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options

Requirements:

  • Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
  • Coffee making/barista skills
  • Food handling certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current Food Handlers Qualification
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
