**Description**:
About the Role
As the National IT Manager, you will oversee the IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and support operations across all our locations in Australia. This leadership role suits someone who can confidently drive digital strategy aligned with the business goals at a senior level while remaining hands-on with day-to-day technical challenges.
**What you'll be doing**:
Leading national IT operations to ensure stable, secure, and responsive support across all sites
Overseeing infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems (Office 365, NetSuite, 8x8, Numerik) to meet business needs
Managing IT projects that drive automation, efficiency, and digital innovation.
Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolution
Monitoring cybersecurity, ensuring data protection, compliance, and system governance
Managing IT budgets, assets, licensing, and vendor relationships to optimise performance and cost
Supporting staff with IT guidance, training, and the rollout of new tools and technologies
Partnering with leaders to align IT with operational goals, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement
Contributing to ongoing improvement by identifying tech gaps and scalable solutions
Driving new IT projects and initiatives as required
**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you'll bring**:
Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
Strong technical background in systems, networking, cloud platforms, and security
Hands-on experience with Office 365, CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite experience desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Strong collaboration skills and a team-first approach
