**The Company**

Fleet Space Technologies is an innovative space technology company that builds solutions for companies that wish to monitor and manage assets in remote areas. Our satellite constellation in combination with state-of-the-art ground-based technologies allows customers to securely transfer data from anywhere in the world.

Our most recent technological development - 'Exosphere', provides a ground-breaking solution for mineral exploration. Exosphere removes some of the negative impacts that traditional drill hole methodology has by using our sensor based ground solution backed up by Fleet's satellite network providing our customers with near real-time data modelling of subsurface deposits.

**The Role**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive quality program that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
- Assist in the development and execution of training programs to support quality initiatives.
- Participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects and initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and actions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or similar field.
