We foster a culture where all employees are motivated to improve themselves and contribute to TSA's growth, ensuring we remain the transhipment services provider of choice for employees and clients.For more information on TSA and our projects, visit are currently seeking a Payroll Officer for a 14-month fixed-term, full-time contract.About the Role:The Payroll Officer will support the Finance Manager in all payroll aspects and work effectively with the Finance Team.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll for over 150 staffAdministration of Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Child Support, & Workers CompensationOverseeing timesheet processes to ensure accurate data captureReconciling and completing end-of-year STP finalisationSetting up and maintaining employee card filesResponding to employee payroll-related queriesProviding reports and information as required by Management, HR, and Finance departmentsTo be successful in this role, you will have:3-5 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in MYOB AccountRight PlusProficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, & Adobe ProExcellent time management and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work effectively in a small team environmentPrevious experience within the marine and offshore industries is desirableIf you believe you are a good fit for this role, please click the "Apply" link to start your application.TSA is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islanders.Unlock job insightsSalary, number of applicants, skills matchYour application will include responses to the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a payroll officer?
