We have allocated specialist resources to service Public Sector Clients insurance programs. We manage services protected via national insurance program directives or sub-regional/state-based insurance service programs. Our business unit provides insurance and risk management services to NSW Local Government organisations within this framework

**The successful applicant will**:
- Support the executive management team of NSW Public Sector
- Support the management and service of clients to maintain and develop profitable business
- Assist the account management team manage a portfolio of clients in NSW
- Support Account Managers to achieve a budgeted sales target level
- Work in a team to develop profitable business with new and existing clients
- Provide quality service to address client insurance, claims and risk management needs
- Work more efficiently within national program parameters to minimise clients time responding to general or daily insurance matters
- Assist in the design and implementation of the client service framework
- Utilise our global client operations team to support the local service team
- Identify outsourced risk management solutions to support specific or holistic programs to complement client needs
- Provide comprehensive insurance market capabilities for all local insurance requirements.
**What you need to have**:
- Good understanding of the insurance environment or local government industry
- Experience and general knowledge of major lines of insurance
- Minimum Tier 1 Compliance (Insurance Broking). Degree qualifications in insurance or risk management will be highly regarded
- Current NSW Driver's License.
- intermediate to advanced PC skills, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
