**How will I help?**

You'll manage a portfolio of Business customers, the lifeblood of the Australian economy. In this role you'll have heaps of opportunities to build genuine personal connections with our customers, empowering them to feel confident and inspired to navigate the future and what our 'new normal' may look like.

Our Business Bankers are customer-facing sales and service roles so a typical day will see you using a variety of different skills, from proactive networking and relationship management to writing Business lending deals and managing your customers' needs.

As a Business Banker you'll also gain exposure to lots of different industries and have the opportunity to work on interesting deals with great customers.

**What do I need?**

First and foremost, we're looking for a Banker with strong credit skills. You can either be an existing Business Banker or you can be in a support role with the ambition to step up. You'll have a good understanding of credit risk and compliance and a passion for going above and beyond your customers' expectations of good service. Experience managing commercial loans and a know-how for complex business/home loan structures will help you hit the ground running. Your energy and warm relationship management style and ability to confidently and proactively target new business opportunities will impress us
