We are seeking a skilled and organized Human Resources professional to join our team in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and possess strong attention to detail.
About the RoleThis entry-level position involves providing HR support, maintaining employee files, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and assisting with recruitment activities. The successful applicant will work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining electronic employee files and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for new staff members
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including interviews and reference checks
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Coordinator as needed
- A genuine interest in Human Resources, preferably with tertiary education in Human Resources or currently studying HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
