Maggie Beer Holdings represents three premium brands, that all follow the principles of making Australian premium gifting, food and beverage products using Australian ingredients and materials that support local communities, dairy farmers, fruit and vegetable growers.

**What you need to succeed**:

- At least 2 years experience in call centre, customer service or retail sales
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- An ability to engage with people over the phone and build rapport.
- Experience working with systems such as customer support platforms (eg Zendesk), CRM software, MS Office
- Experience with Microsoft Excel to a basic proficiency level
- Confidence talking with customers and providing solutions to meet their gifting needs
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritise tasks during extremely busy periods
- Exceptional relationship building skill.
- A strong customer service focus.
- A willingness to work in a team environment and have fun.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.80 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
