Proctors, Inc. is in need of a proctor for a one time paper pencil test session scheduled on May 31st in the Chadstone area. A brief orientation is provided before test day. On-site support is available during the exam. You will read the printed instructions and time the exam. Compensation is provided day of the exam, before you leave the site. The sign-in time for the exam is 7:30 AM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and supervise students during exams and testing sessions in a classroom setting
- Ensure a secure and fair testing environment for all students
- Follow established protocols and procedures for test administration
- Distribute and collect test materials, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide assistance to students as needed, such as answering questions or clarifying instructions
- Maintain accurate records of test attendance and any incidents that occur during testing

**Skills**:

- Experience working with students, preferably in an educational or classroom setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with adult education principles and practices is a plus

As a Proctor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of the testing process. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to create a supportive environment for students will contribute to the overall success of our testing programs. Pay: From $29.42 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
