Job Title: Test Center Professional

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Test Center Administrator. As a Test Center Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our testing centers.

You will work closely with our customers to provide an exceptional experience, ensuring that their testing needs are met in a secure and efficient manner.

Your primary responsibilities will include proctoring exams, verifying candidate identities, and troubleshooting technical issues.

You must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Casual position, requiring flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Proctoring exams in a secure and efficient manner
  • Verifying candidate identities and checking test registration
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to relevant personnel
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Maintaining a clean and organized testing environment
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
