**Location: On-site Wonnarua Country (Maitland Region)**

At Mindwaves Healthcare, we are looking for a Cleaner/Support Worker to work in a Multi-disciplinary team of Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Educators and Counsellors. We are looking for a hard-working person with experience as a Cleaner for people with complex conditions across the lifespan. We are offering an onsite/community-based position with a flexible workload.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Support Worker/Cleaner, you will be required to do the following:

- Provide cleaning services to people with a disability in their home to help them improve their independence and achieve their goals.
- Ensure environmental service standards are met and maintained, and the residents living environment is safe and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- Undertakes daily, weekly, monthly cleaning tasks as per homes cleaning schedules and documents completion of the scheduled tasks as required.
- Provide social and emotional support to all residents ensuring that care provision is holistic and person centred.

**Requirements**:
To be a successful applicant, you will require the following:

- Own Vehicle
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Workers Check
- ABN + Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Current & Up-to-date Vaccinations (inc. COVID)
- Possess a high level of trust, honest and integrity and be able to maintain a professional relationship with all participants.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
