Chandler Macleod is pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation within the energy and transport sector who are looking for a Support Officer to join the team based in Toowoomba.

This position provides support to the National Operations Support Manager. This role will suit someone with a finance background.

What will the role include?
- Process daily deliveries to company sites and customers
- Manage intercompany account reconciliations
- Generate and process fuel inventory reconciliations
- Review and manage master data changes
- Support with customer pricing and freight set up
- Manage the customer site assessment database
- Adhoc administration tasks

Ideally, we are seeking:

- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations or similar
- Experience in debtor accounts
- Intermediate Excel skills
