**About the Assignment**

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and overseeing of all AV Services for field Santos sites including PNG. They will be responsible for ensuring all AV systems, Santos stakeholders and Meeting Room Technology team are well supported with their technology needs.

Specifically, this position will:

- Assist the Meeting Room Technology Lead with operational and project-based activities as needed
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for AV support and system refresh requests
- Assist with planning, logistics, resource, and scope management for system refresh requests
- Collate system recommendations and stakeholder feedback for improvements and developments of system designs
- Conduct site visits, when necessary, to collect detailed environment information to assist in successful design and project deployment
- Ensure planning and procurement is scheduled for deployment to sites
- Provide reporting to Santos AV team on the deployment scheduling and requirements for sites
- Ensure Asset, as built and UAT documentation and data is compiled and available in the appropriate location(s) and systems to Stakeholders on completion of all works.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills and experience:

- Experience in Advanced Project Management (Planning, Procurement, Reporting, Budget, Risk management)
- Qualifications (either in hand or in progress) within IT or a similar discipline
- Excellent customer service experience in a dynamic client facing environment
- AV/Meeting room technology knowledge - essential
- Demonstrated experience in configuration and management of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Group Policy
- Strong technical solutions knowledge, development and analysis skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
