Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating AV services for field sites.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in advanced project management, including planning, procurement, and reporting. They will also possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge of AV/Meeting room technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate AV services for field sites
  • Assist with operational and project-based activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for AV support and system refresh requests
  • Collate system recommendations and stakeholder feedback for improvements and developments of system designs
  • Conduct site visits to collect detailed environment information
  • Ensure planning and procurement is scheduled for deployment to sites

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Advanced Project Management (Planning, Procurement, Reporting, Budget, Risk management)
  • Qualifications within IT or a similar discipline
  • Excellent customer service experience in a dynamic client facing environment
  • AV/Meeting room technology knowledge - essential
  • Demonstrated experience in configuration and management of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Group Policy
  • Strong technical solutions knowledge, development and analysis skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
