As a Fugal Operator at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you will be working as part of our sugar production team, where you'll transform raw ingredients into high-quality sugar while having a blast You'll work alongside great colleagues, tackle exciting challenges, and enjoy a lively atmosphere filled with teamwork.

**Your Role in Action**
- Produce Raw Sugar and C seed/magma that consistently satisfies customer expectations with respect to technical and quality specifications
- Produce quality sugar in such a manner so as not cause delays to pan stage operations
- Sample, inspect and perform basic analysis on sugar and molasses streams, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Separate sugar from molasses with mínimal losses of sugar into the molasses stream
- Remelt C sugar in excess of the pan stage requirements.
- Monitor liquor/ magma / massecuite stocks and inform the pan stage operators when levels are abnormal.
- Regular inspection of plant, equipment and completion of maintenance requests.
- Completion of log books, charts and any other data collection required by management.
- Work in conjunction and communicate effectively with the Operations Coordinator, Pan Boilers and Shift Team.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping around the fugal station

The successful applicant will also be required to undertake further training to complete the appropriate Operator station and maintenance competencies.
