**As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Providing technical leadership and support
- Identifying areas of improvement and removing any friction to increase efficiency
- Analysing and presenting SLA reports to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and address any direct impact in an appropriate manner
- Attending potential new customer interviews with a member of the sales team to provide additional support or introduce them to their new SDM, as necessary
- Collaborating with the Sales Support and Procurement Team on quotes and orders for your customers, and work closely with the Customer Improvement and Incident Manager as well as the Customer Success Managers to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels
- Attending vendor training or conferences as required

- Awesome experience in various client-facing roles such as Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, IT Manager or any relevant position where communication is key.
- Pro-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that can influence even the toughest stakeholders.
- Excellent at managing multiple accounts with laser focus on details and the ability to get things done with style.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with killer problem-solving skills and a magnetic personality that makes building relationships easy.
- Master of simplifying tech jargon to make it super understandable for customers.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a team player that everyone wants on their side

The role is based at our vibrant head office in Coburg, VIC and is a full-time permanent position.

We require all team members to have and maintain a valid state-based Working with Children Check and a Police Check.
