Bankstown Hotel is currently looking for a Relief Duty Manager to join our successful team.

This is a hands on role and shifts will be a combination of bar/gaming shifts alongside management shifts.
- Have RSA, RCG & ARCG competency card.
- Have exceptional customer service skills.
- Be reliable, hardworking & punctual.
- Have min. 1 year experience in a pub management role.
- Have sound knowledge with late night compliance.
- BOH and End of night paperwork understanding.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Understanding of Bar, Gaming, TAB & Keno Operations.
- Accommodation exp preferred.
- Be available to work night shifts - we are open to 4am weekdays & 6am weekends.
- Police Check & Reference Check will be required before commencement.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- bar/gaming management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Advanced RCG (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
