Relief Duty Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relief Duty Manager to oversee our venue's operational duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the management team during peak periods
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a safe environment for patrons
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • RSA, RCG & ARCG competency card
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge of late night compliance
  • Understanding of Bar, Gaming, TAB & Keno Operations
