**The opportunity**
Kinetic Sydney are currently seeking an Operations Controller to join us on our exciting journey.
As the central point of contact and co-ordination for day to day operations our OC's support and ensure the on time performance of all Kinetic Sydney services from the central Operations Control Room. The role is dynamic, challenging and extremely rewarding.
Undertaking the co-ordination of all bus services and team members, ensuring our customers receive the best experience each and every time. This includes ensuring our asset presentation is always impeccable, so to the presentation of our team representing Kinetic Sydney each day.
Providing support and direction to the front-line staff, this role operates in normal and critical modes, so it requires someone who is adaptable, can think quickly on their feet, confidently problem solve and work well under pressure.
All of our team drive regularly to stay in touch with the business so you will need a HR licence, driver accreditation and a Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain).
The role will operate out of the Turrella depot, working a rotating roster over 7 days.
