**Bookkeeper/Office All-Rounder (PT, 2-3 days)**
We are a busy Ag & Earthmoving parts outlet located in Slacks Creek, Queensland. We seek a bookkeeper/office all-rounder to assist with accounts and administration within a small friendly team.
This is a flexible part-time position suited to parents/school drop-offs.
- Basic Bookkeeping and Banking (cash & cheques)
- Reconciling daily Eftpos and cash payments
- Answering the office phone and assisting customers
- Data entry
- Creating purchase orders and receipting stock to warehouse
- Office administration to support the Sales team
- ADHOC duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Experience in bookkeeping and office admin (trades industry experience highly regarded)
- Experience using XERO or MYOB
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously
