$30 - $40 per hour depending one experience

Start date: 1 July 2025 with onboarding from June 25th (negotiable)

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role, desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to patient care.
- Proficiency in using medical practice management software (Genie/Gentu) and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of online billing including EFTPOS and Medicare Online claiming.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, within a very supportive environment.

**4 days a week 8.30am to 16.30pm (Monday
- Thursday), flexible hours and job-sharing opportunities. No weekend or after hours.**

**Start date July 1st with availability for orientation from June 25 (negotiable).**
