What you'll be doing
Own multiple growth channels, working closely with the founders/CGO
Maintain and expand existing successful growth channels that have proven to work in the past
Build processes for known channels that haven't been fully optimized, taking them from 0 to 1
Generate novel, "moonshot" ideas, experimenting with and validating them rapidly
Work with cutting-edge AI technology, shaping world-first use cases that push the limits of human–AI interaction
What you'll bring to the team
High agency, high leverage, and the ability to create and follow through on your own plans
Ability to learn quickly, ramp up on new domains without heavy hand-holding, and build internal tools to solve problems and gain leverage
Highly analytical, comfortable with data analysis and financial concepts, and mildly technical with an understanding of LLMs and embeddings to use in processes
Experience in either growth marketing or product
