**Your impact**

We are looking for an experienced Growth Lead to join our growing team. Your main goal is to create a growth strategy and lead a team of engineers, marketers and product managers to find ways to drive acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation and referrals.

**A day in the life...**:

- ** Lead a team**:Build and lead a best-in-class cross-functional growth team, comprised of product managers, engineers and marketers
- ** Strategy**: Plan and execute a growth strategy with quarterly roadmaps focused on user acquisition, engagement and retention
- ** Stakeholder management**: Work closely with the wider marketing, engineering, product and sales teams to implement growth initiatives
- ** Experiment within a framework**:Constantly experiment (using a framework) and A/B test across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM/paid search, paid social etc.) to find the most effective growth channels. Constantly experiment with our website, landing pages and sign-up flow to improve acquisition
- ** Execute**: In addition to leading the team, you will also own the ongoing execution of SEO, SEM/paid search and paid social. We don't expect you to be an expert on all three areas, but a strong working knowledge of all and expertise in at least one (SEO, SEM or paid social) area
- ** Data analysis and insights**: Focus on data collection using analytics tools to deliver analysis of our funnel and understand what impacts our growth from both a product and marketing perspective
- ** Reporting**: Report on experiments and results in reference to strategy, CAC and revenue growth
- ** Provide feedback**: In addition to owning the growth roadmap, you will also influence our product roadmap

**Skills we'd love you to bring along**:

- An experienced Growth Lead ideally coming from a tech startup/scaleup
- A proven ability to solve complex problems across the entire customer lifecycle funnel
- A deep understanding of marketing, especially digital marketing channels and the customer lifecycle and funnels
- Experienced designing and performing experiments to drive marketing and growth
- Data drives your decisions and you can get technical with data, too
- The perfect blend of data analytics and creativity; you have the ability to switch your mindset from working with engineers and then getting more creative with the marketing teamPeople-oriented. Y
- You are a team player who can connect with multiple stakeholders, think critically and solve problems productively
- You have unlimited curiosity
