What You'll Do
Inspire customers with creative flooring and colour advice that matches their lifestyle, vision, and budget.
Guide clients through the selection process — from first hello to final decision — making it simple and enjoyable.
Stay on top of the latest interior trends, textures, and finishes to give confident, personalised recommendations.
Create a seamless experience by preparing accurate quotes, arranging samples, and following up with care.
Work as part of a passionate, supportive team to exceed sales goals and make every customer feel valued.
Keep the showroom looking its best, with stunning displays and up-to-date samples that inspire ideas.
What You'll Bring
A keen eye for design and colour — whether from formal study, retail experience, or a personal passion for interiors.
Excellent people skills — you love helping others and know how to make customers feel at ease.
A consultative sales approach — you listen first, then guide customers to the best solution.
Goal-driven energy — you're motivated to achieve sales targets while maintaining genuine service.
Retail or design experience is ideal, but not essential — we provide full product training.
