Volunteering at HammondCare is not just about giving back - it's about being part of something bigger, helping to build a more connected and caring community.The Volunteer Manager plays a key leadership role in managing and developing a team of Volunteer Coordinators (VC) who oversee volunteer services across designated business areas.
This role ensures alignment with organisational goals, provides strategic leadership to the VCs, enhancing the effectiveness of volunteer programs, and contributes to workforce planning through innovative solutions.
The role also ensures that volunteer programs and activities align with the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement as set by Volunteering Australia.This is a permanent part-time role working 4 days per week (one day must be Wednesday).
