**About the role**
As our Program Scheduler, you'll work collaboratively within the project teams with a high degree of autonomy to manage the Integrated Master Schedule and deliver business initiatives.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Development, you will support key projects within the company, large programs of work for specific projects, and improving processes that enable our teams to do their best work.
The role is based in Brisbane, Murarrie.
This role will be core to tracking critical paths, project cross-dependencies and timelines/phases of execution throughout the development and delivery lifecycles. The development of reports, baselines and programmatic packs will be important as part of the ongoing management of competing priorities, products and baselines.
**Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to**:
- Participate in and lead scheduling workshops to help team leads and Project Managers develop schedules, including resourcing, levelling, work breakdown structures, and reports.
- Maintain, develop, and update the scheduling framework, processes, and templates.
- Dependency development and analysis; updating and reporting on schedule progress.
- Identify scheduling issues and provide advice for remediation and resolution options.
- Collaborate with team leads and responsible parties to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives
**Qualifications and Competencies**:
- Relevant qualifications and professional development in relation to Project Management
- Schedule management professional accreditation or demonstrated experience in contemporary project management tools/systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology, electrical, or professional services industries.
- A natural ability to build trusted relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
- A strong track record in managing resources to ensure services are delivered for current and future demand.
- Strong communication skills, and you'll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
- More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build capability and deliver complex things that matter.
