Program Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to work on a 4-month initial contract within a large government department. You will be working as a key team member, responsible for providing project planning and scheduling support to the Project Manager, Principal Project Officers, and other relevant project roles managing the delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative planning and scheduling complex projects
- Planning, scheduling, and schedule risk analysis within program and project management environments
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in collaborative planning and scheduling complex projects
- Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and schedule risk analysis within both program and project management environments
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good exposure to business intelligence dashboard tools (i.e. PowerBI)
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Tertiary qualification is highly desirable
- C-class license (required)
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
