We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mine Control Superintendent for a big automation project in a major mining operation in Russia. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the project success.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of fleet management, autonomous, and remote operating controls, programs, systems, and processes at the operation. This role involves working collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to achieve business plan objectives, drive continuous improvement, ensure operational efficiency, and promote a culture of safety and compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop fleet management, autonomous, and remote controls for mining equipment.
- Collaborate on designing Remote Operations and Site Operations Centers
- Refine procedures to optimize mine operations, maintenance, and planning.
- Ensure training and competency of coordinators and operators.
- Collaborate with mine operations, engineering, and support teams.
- Monitor progress and costs, adjusting execution as needed.
- Manage budgets, including workforce planning and operations center design.
- Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring competence.
- Oversee safety protocols for Mine Control Group employees and organize safety briefings and enforce HSE compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Extensive experience in mining operations and control systems, with a focus on fleet management, autonomous operations, and remote control.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Proficient in project management, budgeting, and cost tracking.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in mining operations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

**Conditions**
- Full time employment and relocation to Moscow.
