If you're a design thinker who loves turning big ideas into pixel-perfect creative - and you're excited to work with a fast-paced, scaling global brand - this could be your next move.The OpportunityAs a Mid-Senior Designer embedded within the client's team (via Dijitally), you'll bring strong visual storytelling and brand craft to marketing, product, and digital experiences.
You'll work across everything from campaigns and sales enablement tools to social and internal initiatives - flexing across concepting and execution.Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality creative across campaign, product, brand, and internal materials.Translate B2B concepts into engaging visuals that connect with business audiences.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that support commercial goals.Work confidently across multiple formats - decks, one-pagers, web, social, and more.Maintain and evolve brand systems and design guidelines.Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback.Own projects from idea through to delivery - ensuring quality and brand alignment.Contribute to creative reviews and help build a strong, collaborative design culture.Who You Are:5-8 years' experience in visual design or creative comms, ideally within a creative agency or with exposure to B2B/tech brands.A folio that shows creative range, polish, and an eye for detail - from concept through to execution.Solid understanding of layout, type, colour, and hierarchy.Confident designing for digital, especially sales assets, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
(Bonus if you have motion or interaction experience.)Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with fintech or product-led environments a plus.The Role & Working EnvironmentThis is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
You'll work in a hybrid setup - primarily remote, with optional in-office collaboration.
