We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced NDIS Support Worker to provide high-quality care for a 7-year-old participant living with multiple complex needs. The participant has the following diagnoses: - Epilepsy - Global Developmental Delay - Strabismus - Cortical Visual Impairment - Autism Spectrum Disorder Level III - Neurological Movement Disorder - Sleep Disorder Role

Overview: The support worker will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centred care within a home environment. The role includes overnight support and weekend shifts, focusing on supervision, personal care, and supporting the participant's routine while maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with personal care and hygiene - Documenting observations and incidents as required - Collaborating with family members and allied health professionals.

Essential Criteria: - Previous experience supporting children with complex needs, particularly within the NDIS framework - Knowledge of epilepsy care and autism support strategies - Current First Aid and CPR certificates - NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card) - Manual Handling and Medication Administration (preferred) - Calm, patient and empathetic nature - Ability to follow detailed care plans and communicate effectively.

Desirable: - Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or related qualification - Experience working overnight shifts.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $49.03 per hour
