Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy, and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

**About The Role**

We are seeking a Learning and Engagement Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term basis and work on all aspects of Learning and Engagement. This role forms part of a team that works together to provide meaningful, engaging learning and development opportunities for employees. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone passionate about Learning and Engagement, with the ability to be creative, problem solve and juggle different priorities as well as work to deadlines.

**About You**

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Engagement Coordinator for a diverse and exciting role. You will have gained experience working in a similar role and will display a high level of commitment to providing great customer service. You will have high level communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical knowledge of contemporary and progressive Learning and Organisational Development practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives using a range of methodologies and in line with a 70, 20, 10 approach.
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience in supporting change management in a similar large-scale project environment.
