**Head of Roadside Patrols, Training and Fleet Operations**

As the Head of Roadside Patrols, Training & Fleet Operations, you will steer one of RACQs critical functions. Your leadership will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and timeliness of services delivered to our members, employees, and contractors. This is a senior role demanding a strategic thinker with a proven ability to balance diverse priorities. Your core responsibilities include:

- **Building a High-Performance Culture**: Lead and coach your team to consistently achieve service level agreements, commercial targets, and safety standards while ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met.
- **Strategic Execution**: Balance service levels, safety measures, operational effectiveness, and quality standards to create a positive experience for both members and employees.
- **Collaborative Leadership**: Align with internal and external stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, to achieve Group and Assistance strategic objectives.
