We have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, based onsite at Rhodes. The role's primary responsibility is to efficiently and effectively support the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs and marketing support.

The role will have exposure to consumer research, media strategy, creative production and measurement. Support will extend to budget and services management. This role will support the delivery of our organisational strategy and always put first.

**About Us**

Maestria Restaurant & Bar is situated in Rhodes Corporate Park open for lunch and dinner service. Our restaurant menu is filled with modern Australian cuisine with a fusion of Japanese and South American flavours.

We are re-developing the site to bring city style dining to the inner west with a beautifully designed and inviting space. The vision for establishment is filled with grandeur, an oasis set with lush botanicals where our patrons can come to celebrate their most special moments with the ones they cherish.

**Key responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Support the monthly Content Calendar - planning social, campaign & blog activity to coincide with major launches/trends/popular search terms etc.
- Communicate with influencers/external brands to create unique content for all channels
- Assist with execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with wider trading and marketing teams to understand and support key campaigns, promotions and messages
- Collaborate with other digital and marketing teams on broader brand marketing projects and campaign planning
- Trial the latest and greatest beauty products in order to provide best in class content
- Any other relevant duties as assigned

**About You**
- This role is open to recent graduates in marketing, communication, journalism, business and other related disciplines
- Strong copy writing and editorial skills.
- Experience across social media and video editing is highly regarded (experience with personal accounts is sufficient)
- Good verbal and written communications skills with ability to manage internal and external relationships to drive desirable results
- Hospitality knowledge, keeping informed of news and trends within the industry.
- Great attention to detail
- High level of adaptability and flexibility, and an ability to respond calmly to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment
- Valid working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $58,000.00 per year
