**About the Role**

This position reports directly to the Head of Product or their elected delegate and the key responsibilities of the Data Analyst role include but are not limited to:

- Working with stakeholders throughout the business to understand their challenges, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
- Extracting, analysing, and presenting data in a way that tells a story and answers the questions of the business.
- Assisting stakeholders in sourcing data for use in their own analysis.
- Using technologies such as Salesforce reporting, Power BI, and Looker Studio to extract and interrogate data.
- Blending a knowledge of AIB's data structures and business processes to ensure that answers are backed up by the facts.
- Working with software developers to evolve and otherwise improve the quality of source data in a way that better meets reporting needs.
- Training others within AIB on how to improve their own data analysis skills and techniques.

**About You**

You will possess high level demonstrated experience with spreadsheets to manipulate and visualise data and the use of reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio. A strong ability to use technological tools to extract, analyse and present data is a must.
