The Role
This is a permanent full-time position for a Assistant Venue Manager.
The role is "hands-on" to oversee the day to day operations.
This may be suitable for someone with strong restaurant or café experience, looking for the next move in their career.
You will be reporting to the Venue Manager.
The Candidate must have At least 1 years' experience as an Assistant Venue Manager
Exposure to a multi outlet environment - cafe, gastro/pub or restaurant
People management, leadership experience
Strong bar, wine and food knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and within team
Willingness to learn with a positive and can do attitude
Immaculate grooming, Clear communication skills
Current NSW RSA accreditation
