**Position Overview**: As a Female Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals in various daily activities and routines, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will work closely with clients to promote their independence, foster positive relationships, and contribute to their overall quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to clients in accordance with their individualised care plans.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in their daily activities, hobbies, and outings.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect.
- Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar support worker role is advantageous.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Care, or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
