Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to fill this role.

As a support worker, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, and improve their overall quality of life.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong relationships with our clients, providing tailored support that addresses their unique needs. You will work collaboratively with other members of our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

This is a fixed shift role on Wednesdays from 9am-11am.

  • Transport: Providing safe and reliable transportation for clients to access essential services and appointments.
  • Community Access: Enabling clients to participate in community activities and events, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
  • Social Support: Offering emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate daily challenges and maintain their mental health.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Drivers License and reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
  • Police Check (within last 12 months)
  • Reliable, Flexible, Compassionate, Resilient, and Emotionally Intelligent
  • NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules
