Heartland Motors is seeking two organised and enthusiasticParts Ordering
Coordinators; one to join our team at ourChullora dealership& one to join our
team at ourBlacktown dealership.
About the Role:
As a Parts Ordering Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our service department
running smoothly.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the right parts are ready for the right job on time, every time.
Work-Life Balance:
Choosefull-time or part-time hoursto suit your lifestyle
Enjoy your weekends – this role isMonday to Friday only
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily parts operations
Prepare all parts needed in advance for the next day's repair orders
Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and dispatching
Work closely with the Service Manager to plan daily parts requirements
Deliver excellent internal customer service to service and sales teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
Has a mature, friendly attitude and good common sense
Enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work
Is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed
Has an interest in automotive or mechanical work (preferred but not essential)
No previous parts or automotive experience required – full training will be provided.
