We're seeking an experienced Retail Site Manager to lead one of our vibrant locations in Brisbane South / West, where delivering an exceptional customer experience is always a top priority.What You'll Be Doing :As our Retail Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations and lead a high-performing team.
Your responsibilities will include :Cash Handling & Reconciliation – Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and integrityFood Management & Supervision – Ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently metSite Hygiene & Presentation – Maintain a clean, welcoming and compliant workplacePerformance & KPI's – Drive results by meeting budgets and Key Performance IndicatorsTeam Leadership – Recruit, train, and mentor our future retail rockstarsWhat You'll Bring :We're looking for someone who leads by example and brings energy, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
