Institute of Management currently requires the expertise of two Senior relationship managers to drive new business and business development opportunities for this growing, successful and well respected business.
- We have identified that these roles can be based in either of the following locations
- Sydney
- Brisbane
- Summary
- Lead the sales strategies and activities in the assigned region to achieve the corporate revenue targets for both blueVisions and Institute of Management;
- Identity and secure _work_ with new clients;
- Grow your assigned customer accounts;
- Manage assigned accounts including client reporting, invoicing and collections;
- Research and understand the market, our target organisations, and the decision-making process within those businesses; and
- Actively and regularly engage with industry
- Key Tasks
- Meet agreed KPI's as defined _below_;
- Build and convert the sales pipeline into successful clients;
- Create and conduct proposals, presentations and RFP responses;
- Manage all client reporting, invoicing and collections
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business codes;
- Keep up-to-date intelligence on competitors;
- Liaise with other managers to share market intelligence;
- Centrally track all information in our corporate systems and CRM (Dynamics);
- Be available for performance and status meetings; and
- Ownership of government funding in the assigned region.
- Essential experience & Criteria
- Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role in a similar market sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, conscientious and adaptable with excellent organisational and
communication skills.
