Payroll Specialist

**About the Company**
Our client is a leader passenger service business, with multiple awards and an enviable reputation for being one of Australia's best places to work. They are currently requiring the services of a Payroll Specialist to review their existing payroll procedures and processes and update them relevant documentation to reflect the changes and ensure best practice.
**About the Role**
Working alongside the National Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include
- Document the "as is" and "to be" system states.
- Document the design and implementation methodology to reflect changes.
- Produce design artefacts, clearly articulating design intent and systems and business process interactions.
- Identify areas for improvement, including system constraints.
- Create project roadmaps.
**About You**
- Extensive payroll experience, an understanding of payroll legislation and working knowledge of enterprise payroll systems
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of upstream and downstream payroll processes
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical ability
